Skin Care Professional Thai Therapists
Membership ($259 annually)
Skin Care Professional Thai Therapists Members receive ITTA and
ABMP's publications, including a subscription to Massage &
Bodywork magazine, ABMP's Successful Business Handbook, and the
Touch Resource Guide. A certificate of insurance, ethics certificate,
insurance guide, and membership identification are included as
well. Insurance coverage is $2 million per incident.
This is perfect for those of you with professional Esthetics
and Cosmetology backgrounds, working to integrate Thai Yoga and
Massage treatment programs into your Day Spa, Retreat, Wellness
Center or Salon.
Eligibility Requirements
If you practice in a state that regulates esthetics or skin care:
* Valid current Esthetics or Cosmotology license from that state
* Minimum of 121 hours of massage training and a Valid current
Esthetics or Cosmotology license from that state
If you practice in a state that does not regulate esthetics
or skin care:
* Minimum of 121 hours of massage training and a Cosmetology
license or certificate of skin care training
Certified Membership ($259 annually)
If you are a massage therapist and a skin care professional,
our Certified Level will cover you for both types of work and
provide you with the extra benefits of Certified Membership,
including an enhanced listing on both ITTA and ABMP's MassageFinder
referral service, a CD of photos and marketing materials for
their own business uses, priority processing, a unique wall certificate,
use of the ITTA and ABMP Certified Therapist designation, and
broad insurance coverage of $2 million per incident. Certified
Members also receive ABMP's publications, including a subscription
to Massage & Bodywork magazine, ABMP's Successful Business
Handbook, and the Touch Resource Guide. A certificate of insurance,
ethics certificate, insurance guide, and membership identification
are included as well.
